1. Do we do pets?

Pets are people too, so absolutely yes! We draw your furry loved ones in detail with accessories!

2. Can I edit my order after it was made?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.

All changes must be made within 3 hours after the time which it was placed.

Anything adjustment after 3 hours will require a $6 art fee because we've already started working on your order.

3. How many photos should I upload?

The more photos the better!
Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your portraits drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to our artists.

4. What dimensions will my canvas/poster come in?

The standard size (dimensions) for canvas and poster are 11x14 inches.
If you would like a different size just let us know in your order notes. Additional charges will be applied.

5. How do I receive the digital file?

Your high-resolution hand drawn portrait will be sent to you by email.

6. Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Absolutely yes! We are U painting, so it’s yours to do whatever you want.
