Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your hand-drawn digital portrait out to you in 2-7 days (weekends included).
If optional physical prints are also purchased, that is an additional 5-15 days after you approve your portrait is ready to be printed and shipped!
